What I Speak On
I speak on how organizations navigate complexity, specifically focusing on the role of clarity, trust, and communication in enabling better decision-making.
Drawing on experience across sustainability, digital systems, and organizational strategy, I bring a cross-disciplinary perspective to communication, helping organizations translate complexity into clarity and act with confidence. My sessions explore the gap between visibility and understanding, particularly in complex B2B environments where strong performance metrics do not always translate into confidence or action.

Beyond Impressions: Building Trust Through Digital Marketing
This session examines the gap between visibility and trust in B2B digital marketing. While campaigns often generate strong impressions and engagement, these metrics do not always translate into audience confidence or decision readiness.
The presentation explores how performance data, press visibility, and qualitative insights revealed disconnects between visibility and credibility. It introduced a practical framework for building trust through clarity, expert-led content, case studies, and third-party validation.

Language of Renewal™: Using Narrative Intelligence to Expand Creative Capacity
The Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI), hosted by the Creative Education Foundation, is the world’s longest-running creativity conference, bringing together business leaders, educators, and practitioners to explore applied creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
This workshop introduced Language of Renewal™, a narrative-based framework designed to help individuals and teams navigate complexity and ambiguity through structured storytelling and reflective practice. While creativity is often treated as spontaneous, this session positioned narrative as a disciplined tool for reframing problems, uncovering insight, and expanding creative capacity.
Through hands-on exercises, participants explored how metaphor, story structure, and narrative reframing can reduce cognitive rigidity, strengthen creative thinking, and support more effective problem-solving. The session blended research and experiential learning, equipping participants with practical techniques to integrate narrative intelligence into leadership, communication, and innovation work.
